If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensure a hassle-free return of items and a refund to you. Please read the following guidelines in order to understand the steps on returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for return

Our return policy applies to only defective or damaged items that come upon delivery. In the case where your product works but you just get a change of heart, regretfully, we cannot accept any return or refund such products. You can always ensure that your chosen product will meet your requirements before placing an order.

2. Process of requesting return

If your product happens to be faulty or damaged, here is what to do when placing a return request:

  • Contact Fitishio customer support team within 7 days since the reception of the order
  • Please provide your order number along with a clear description of the issue, including supporting evidence such as photos showing any faults or damage.
  • The return application will be accepted if and when it meets Fitishio's conditions upon assessing the situation.

3. Returning the product

We will give you instructions on how to return the product after receiving your return request. You must return the product with all its original accessories, parts, and documentation in a sealed package. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

4. Refund process

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will inform you about our decision to approve or reject your refund. In case of approval, we process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are carried out through bank transactions.

If the product is found to be ineligible for return (e.g., if it has been tampered with, damaged due to misuse, or the return request was made after the 7-day window), no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

5. Exchanges

Fitishio does not facilitate exchange options directly on their site. If you wish to obtain a different product, return the original product based on the procedure above and then order the new item.
