These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Fitishio's services, including the purchase of crypto mining machines, within Hong Kong. By purchasing from Fitishio, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Domestic shipping
Fitishio delivers products within Hong Kong only. We do not send worldwide. Orders placed on the platform will be delivered to addresses within Hong Kong.
3. Terms of payment
Fitishio accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only mode of payment for all transactions. Payments will be collected upon delivery of the products to the address specified at the time of order. Please ensure that the exact amount is available at the time of delivery. We do not accept any other form of payment at this time.
4. Product availability and delivery
Fitishio is highly concerned with keeping all stocks at the right level, and in case of unavailability of a product, order placed, we will send you a notice as soon as possible and return your complete payment if applicable. The delivery period depends on your location inside Hong Kong and can be variable in some cases. We attempt to deliver orders quickly. However, unforeseen causes may cause delays in completing orders.

Fitishio takes the respect for your private life seriously. No personal information is either gathered or disseminated with third parties. Only information obtained by you while filling the order, including your name and delivery address, will be used for only order fulfillment purposes and our internal records. You agree to the use of the crypto mining machines in accordance with local laws and regulations by buying from Fitishio. We do not take responsibility for any misuse or illegal activities related to the usage of the products. The responsibility of using the products as per all applicable legal guidelines is that of the customer.
7. Warranty and returns
Fitishio offers a standard warranty on all products. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
8. Limitation of liability
Fitishio shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Fitishio is not responsible for any loss of data, income, or damage to hardware that results from the use of our crypto mining machines.
